Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade Wed in a $5 Million Dollar Wedding

Dwyane Wade spent $5 million on the wedding weekend.

Gossip Extra obtained a copy of the detailed wedding schedule. It shows that organizers were so paranoid to let the cat out of the bag during the months of planning that the paperwork is under the headline: The wedding of Sheik Noinu Edaw. That’s Union Wade spelled backwards!

Guests were picked up by several fancy buses at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach at 3pm. Most guests had no idea where they where going during the 45 minute drive. The wedding was held at Chateau Artisan, a $13 million-mansion built by local architect Charles Sieger to look like a castle.

The actress and her basketball player love Dwyane Wade tied the knot on Saturday, Aug. 30.


The power couple exchanged vows in Miami at the stunning Chateau Artisan castle in a black-and-white themed affair. The bride wore a custom Dennis Basso gown from Kleinfeld Bridal. 

Celebrities in attendance included Miami Heat player Chris Bosh and his wife Adrienne, filmmaker Will Packer, Portland Trail Blazers player Dorell Wright and his wife Mia, Survivor alum Corinne Kaplan, actor Kevin Hart, reality star Jonathan Cheban, and singer John Legend, who performed.

This is the second marriage for Wade, who was previously married to his high school sweetheart Siohvaughn Funches from 2002 to 2007. It is also Union's second marriage, as she was wed to NFL player Chris Howard from 2001 to 2005.
